Internship - Inside Sales

- Assist in lead generation and qualification through targeted research and outreach
- Support the sales team in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify potential sales opportunities
- Assist in managing and updating the CRM system with accurate and current information
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales support materials such as brochures and presentations
- Participate in sales training programs to develop selling skills and product knowledge
- Assist in drafting and sending out sales proposals and contracts
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and close sales
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
- Assist in analyzing sales data and generating reports for sales performance evaluation
- Participate in special sales projects and initiatives as directed by the sales manager
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while carrying out sales support activities
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the sales team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while paying attention to detail
- Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus
- Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques
