About the Role

The Centre Coordinator is the primary liaison for parents and students, ensuring a smooth learning experience from enrolment to academic progress. This role involves managing admissions, guiding students and parents, coordinating academic activities, and supporting daily centre operations to maintain high engagement, satisfaction, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Counselling

  • Conduct tele-calling for lead follow-ups and conversions.

  • Guide parents and students by clearly explaining academic programs and addressing concerns.

  • Manage the complete admissions lifecycle — from enquiry management to successful conversions.

  • Support fee collection processes and ensure proper documentation and data accuracy.

  • Maintain strong retention through ongoing relationship management and student engagement efforts.

Academic Coordination

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless transition for students and parents.

  • Provide academic guidance and emotional support when required to enhance student success.

  • Act as a communication link between teachers, parents, and management for timely updates.

  • Coordinate internal assessments, monitor progress, and share performance insights.

  • Track attendance, academic performance, and behavioural development of students.

  • Maintain organized and accurate student records and centre data.

  • Manage inventory, including procurement and distribution of learning materials.

  • Support overall centre operations for a clean, safe, and productive learning environment.

  • Ensure adherence to standardized procedures and compliance norms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Commerce).

  • Proven experience in academic coordination, counselling, or centre management.

  • Experience in education, edtech, training centres, or sports academies preferred.

  • Understanding of basic counselling and student engagement practices is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong empathy and patience in interactions with students and parents.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic setting.

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Positive and collaborative attitude to support team success.

  • Receptive to feedback with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Clear and confident communication skills in English and local language (verbal & written).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
