Ideal e Designs is a fast-growing IT services and product development company specializing in web and mobile applications, SaaS platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and enterprise software for global clients across the US, UK, Europe, and UAE.

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer + ) for ongoing and upcoming freelance projects involving complex frontend, backend API development, admin dashboards, and scalable web architectures.

This engagement is ideal for developers who are skilled, independent, and capable of delivering high-quality code with minimal supervision.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in (Frontend) and (Backend) to build, optimize, and maintain modern web applications.

You must be capable of handling full development cycles, from UI implementation to backend logic, API development, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (Next Js)

• Develop responsive, high-performance UI using (App Router / Pages Router).
• Implement reusable and scalable components following best practices.
• Convert Figma/XD designs into precise, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Handle SSR, SSG, ISR, and CSR depending on project requirements.
• Optimize performance, caching, and SEO.

Backend Development (Node Js)

• Build REST APIs and microservices using +
• Manage authentication (JWT, OAuth, Session-based).
• Develop secure and scalable backend architecture.
• Create database schemas and manage data models.
• Write efficient business logic, validation, and middleware.

Database Management

• Experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL / Prisma.
• Writing optimized queries and ensuring data integrity.
• Implement indexing, caching, and optimized DB structures.

Integration & Deployment

• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
• Deploy applications on Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean, or Heroku.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments.
• Monitor performance, logs, and errors post-deployment.

Testing, QA & Documentation

• Debug and resolve frontend + backend issues quickly.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Participate in code reviews and suggest best practices.

Collabration & Project Ownership

• Work closely with design, product, and founder for requirement clarity.
• Estimate project timelines and deliver modules on time.
• Provide daily/weekly updates on progress.
• Take ownership of complete modules with minimal supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–7 years of hands-on experience as Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in , , JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid backend experience with or ).
• Expertise in Tailwind CSS, frontend styling, and responsiveness.
• Strong database knowledge (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL).
• Experience with authentication, server-side logic, and API development.
• Ability to optimize performance for both frontend & backend.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and version control.
• Prior experience in SaaS, CRM, FinTech, or enterprise systems is a plus.

Bonus skills

• Experience with (real-time features).
• Knowledge of Redis or ElasticSearch.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.
• Knowledge of AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3).
• Experience with microservices architecture.
