Key Responsibilities : - * 1. Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job ads on various platforms. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial screening of resumes. Maintain candidate databases. 2. Employee Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process of new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.). Prepare employee files and ensure all HR records are up to date. 3. HR Operations: Maintain attendance and leave records. Salary Process and payroll preparation and coordination with finance if needed. Help in processing employee requests regarding HR policies, benefits, etc. 4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper maintenance of employee records (digitally or physically). Support in implementing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance. 5. General Administrative Tasks: Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations. Handle correspondence and other administrative duties as needed.Requirements Skills Required : - * Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality Organizational and multitasking abilitiesBenefitsAs per industry
