Role Overview:

We're looking for a Customer Support Agent who will handle customer queries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience across all communication channels — including chat, WhatsApp, calls, and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with order placement, delivery tracking, and product-related queries.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, operations, etc.) to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to improving LILO's service quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Prior experience in customer support, food delivery, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy.
