Role Overview

Pristine Developers is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for our premium and luxury real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, brand building and campaign management. This role involves leading the marketing team, strengthening brand presence, driving high-impact campaigns, and collaborating with sales and project teams to effectively position our properties in the market.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for luxury residential projects.  Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.  Plan and execute digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns.  Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to guide marketing decisions.  Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.  Oversee creation of marketing content, collaterals, and digital assets.  Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimum ROI and cost-effective strategies.  Build and maintain partnerships with media houses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.  Monitor, track, and evaluate the performance of campaigns using analytics and reporting tools Candidate Requirements

 10–15 years of experience in real estate marketing or a closely related industry.  Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.  Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, advertising, and campaign execution.  Excellent communication, presentation, and content development skills.  Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research, forecasting, and campaign performance evaluation.  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.  Master's degree in Marketing (MBA).
