Legal Advisor

The Legal Advisor is responsible for providing expert legal support to the company, including drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing legal risks, and offering guidance on corporate and regulatory matters. The role also involves advising management in decision-making, resolving legal issues, and coordinating with external legal partners when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- LLB/LLM or equivalent law degree
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and compliance
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in handling legal documentation, advisory, and disputes
