to join our team in Mumbai. We require a candidate with a up to
4 years of professional work experience
in Architecture and Interior Design.

We are seeking a dedicated professional with
hands-on site knowledge, strong project management skills
, and a proven ability to handle their responsibilities thoroughly while being a proactive team player.

We specialize in high-end luxury residential,
hospitality
, and commercial/turnkey projects across India and the Netherlands. We expect the candidate to have direct experience in this exclusive domain.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience:
    Up to 4 years of professional work experience.
  • Specialization:
    Must have significant experience in
    High-end and Luxury Residential and Interior Projects, with a strong emphasis on Hospitality
    .
  • Software Proficiency:
    Expert knowledge of
    AutoCAD, V-ray, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop
    .
  • Design & Technical Skills:
  • Enthusiasm for
    conceptual and creative design development
    .
  • Good understanding of
    BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
    .
  • Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time, and special requirements.
  • Communication & Management:
  • Communicating productively with the team and clients.
  • Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.

    Churchgate, Mumbai (Work from office only)
  • Schedule:
    Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
