About the Role:

GIBS B School is looking for a highly creative and dynamic Creative & Social Media Executive to enhance our digital presence and support branding initiatives. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, content creation, and social media trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging visuals, videos, reels, stories, and other digital content.
  • Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Work closely with the marketing and design team for campaigns and branding activities.
  • Develop creative concepts and marketing collaterals for promotions and events.
  • Monitor trending content and implement innovative ideas to increase engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all creative outputs.
  • Support event promotions, digital campaigns, and internal communication designs.
  • Write effective captions, ad content, and short-form copy.

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator / video editing tools.
  • Strong creative and visual communication ability.
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
  • Digital marketing/design certifications are a plus
