Role Overview

At this early stage of SamaSocial's journey, the Community & Partnerships Manager will play a strategic and hands-on role in building and energizing the organization's ecosystem.

The position involves nurturing vibrant student and mentor communities while leading partnerships with NGOs, corporates, and other ecosystem players. The ideal candidate is someone who can blend relationship-building, community engagement, and operational execution to create real impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem Building

Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with NGOs, corporates, mentors, and student networks.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement on the SamaSocial platform.

2. Student and Mentor Engagement

Design and execute programs that encourage collaboration, sharing, and learning.

Foster a culture of active participation and mutual growth within the community.

3. Onboarding and Stakeholder Experience

Develop smooth onboarding processes for students, mentors, and partner organizations.

Ensure each stakeholder understands their role, value, and benefits from participation.

4. Inclusivity and Regional Outreach

Partner with regional organizations and language-based groups to increase access for youth from diverse geographies and backgrounds.

5. Community Activation

Plan and organize community events, workshops, and campaigns—both online and offline—to strengthen engagement and visibility.

6. Insights and Feedback

Collect user and partner feedback to inform product improvements and community-building strategies.

7. Storytelling and Communication

Document and share success stories, partnerships, and impact case studies that inspire participation and highlight SamaSocial's value.

Candidate Profile

Essential Attributes:

Strong interest in youth empowerment, education, and social inclusion.

Proven ability to build and manage partnerships across NGOs, corporates, and youth networks.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both grassroots and senior stakeholders.

Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable—able to balance daily execution with long-term vision.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, resource-limited, startup environment.

Preferred / Desirable:

Prior experience in partnerships, CSR, community engagement, or youth programs.

Compensation

SamaSocial is a non-profit organization, and compensation may not be at par with corporate salaries.
However, we ensure fairness, transparency, and parity across the team.

Compensation Range: ₹3–5 LPA (based on experience and role fit)
