Job Summary

What will the job look like:

We are actively looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our prestigious development team. The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of hands-on experience, with expertise in .Net framework/.Net core, and C#. The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and principles, along with proficiency in SQL Server and a range of .NET technologies. You will collaborate with expert engineers to successfully deliver software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural and Design Patterns: Ability to contribute to the design and architecture of complex software systems.
• Functional Requirements: Ensure requirements are well understood and alignment between technical solutions and functional requirements.
• Individual Contributor: Solve complex technical challenges in the area owned. Expertise in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning at scale.
• Mentorship: Provide technical mentorship to juniors in the scrum team.
• OOP Principles: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and principles, applying them to implement efficient solutions.
• Security: Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards will be an added advantage.
• SQL Server: Hands-on experience in SQL Server, including database design, optimization, and data manipulation.
• .NET Technologies: Proficiency in a range of .NET technologies and C#, including ASP.Net, Web API/WCF, Entity Framework, Microservices and NuGet.
• Delphi: Knowledge in RAD application development using Delphi will be an added advantage.
• Code Reviews: Conducting code reviews and follow coding standards.
• Git and GitHub: Expertise with Git and GitHub will be an added advantage.
• Agile: Comfortable working in agile environments, with a clear understanding of Scrum Agile methodologies.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems efficient.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Azure Fundamentals: Familiarity with Azure fundamentals would be an added advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Healthcare Domain and Health Information Exchange would be an added advantage.
