Officer - Learning & Development (Aviation GHA - Safety Trainer)

Primary Role: 1. Airport Handling Training: • Deliver training for passenger handling, ramp operations, and cargo handling. 2. Human Factors Training: • Conduct sessions focused on safety, teamwork, and communication to enhance operational efficiency. 3. SMS Training: • Provide training on Safety Management Systems (SMS) to ensure workplace safety and compliance. 4. PRM Training: • Offer specialized training on handling Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) to enhance service quality. 5. DG Awareness Training: • Educate employees about Dangerous Goods (DG) to meet regulatory requirements and ensure safe operations. 6. AVSEC Awareness Training: • Conduct awareness sessions on aviation security procedures and compliance. 7. Aviation Hospitality Training: • Deliver customer service training to improve passenger experience and hospitality. Secondary Role: • Be trained and certified as a DGR Trainer for advanced Dangerous Goods Regulations training. • Serve as an expert in delivering induction training for new hires.
