Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-driven Sales Executives with around 2 years of experience to join our retail showroom in Kalyan. The role involves providing an exceptional in-store experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining brand standards. If you have a passion for jewellery and enjoy interacting with customers, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery that meets their style and budget.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Meet individual and store sales targets consistently.
  • Explain product details such as design, purity, craftsmanship, and pricing confidently.
  • Handle billing and sales documentation accurately.
  • Maintain product display, cleanliness, and showroom presentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and replenishment.
  • Support special sales events, festive promotions, and brand campaigns.
  • Be flexible to work extended hours during festivals or high-demand periods.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset and a professional appearance.
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing systems, POS operations).
  • Team player with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of jewellery products, hallmarking, and current trends.
  • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
  • Familiarity with the Kalyan/Thane retail market.
