Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Elevator Gearless Machine Aftersales Engineer, located in Bengaluru. The role involves providing aftersales technical support for gearless elevator machines, including diagnosing operational issues, implementing solutions, and conducting regular maintenance checks. The Engineer will liaise directly with clients to address technical inquiries, oversee repairs, and ensure the efficient performance of delivered products. Documentation of service activities and active contributions to product improvements will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Technical expertise in elevator systems, gearless machines, electric motors, and related components
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols, technical documentation, and compliance standards
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team collaboration
  • Previous experience in elevator systems or related industries
  • Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or related fields
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage customer needs proactively
