About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales for our software and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships through field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients for software and tech products.
  • Conduct field visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Gather client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Prepare basic reports on daily visits and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of software / IT / tech products (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Freshers are welcome; experience in sales is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable with field work.

Working Conditions:

  • Location: Ti Mall, Bhilai
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (In-hand; no CTC components)
