Job Summary
The Support & Operations Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of data network operations. This position involves developing and maintaining robust LAN/WAN solutions, addressing client requests, and troubleshooting existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Develop And Implement Network Configurations And Protocols Using Lan/Wan Technologies To Meet Project Requirements And Maintain High Standards Of Quality And Efficiency.
2. Monitor And Troubleshoot Existing Network Systems To Resolve Issues Promptly, Ensuring Minimal Downtime And Optimal Performance.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Or Enhancements In Network Operations, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals.
4. Document Network Configurations, Procedures, And Troubleshooting Processes To Maintain Comprehensive Records And Support Knowledge Sharing.
Skill Requirements
1. Basic Understanding Of Lan/Wan Technologies And Protocols.
2. Familiarity With Network Troubleshooting Tools And Methodologies.
3. Knowledge Of Network Security Principles And Practices.
4. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.
Certification
1. Optional Certifications: Comptia Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (Ccna).
