Key Responsibilities:

  • School Outreach: Identify and approach schools (private, public, and international) to introduce STEAM education programs, labs, and resources.
  • Client Relationship: Build strong, long-term relationships with school principals, academic coordinators, and management committees.
  • Solution Presentations: Conduct engaging presentations, product demos, and hands-on workshops for school decision-makers and teachers.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve enrollment and sales targets by converting leads into active school partnerships.
  • Market Expansion: Research and map schools in targeted geographies to generate qualified leads.
  • Workshops & Events: Organize STEAM exhibitions, competitions, and teacher orientation programs to showcase value to schools.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from schools to improve offerings and share market insights with the product and curriculum teams.
  • Reporting: Maintain updated records of school contacts, leads, and sales pipeline through CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or school outreach (EdTech/education background preferred).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand school needs and align them with STEAM solutions.
  • Passion for education, technology, and innovation.
  • Willingness to travel to schools across regions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
