Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kottayam. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our automotive care services and products, including premium car detailing, paint protection films, and ceramic coatings. Key tasks include cultivating relationships with customers, understanding their needs, explaining the technical benefits of our services, and closing sales. Additionally, you will play a role in identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Sales and marketing skills, including experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and meeting revenue targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships and presenting technical information clearly
  • Customer service and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry, with knowledge of car care products and services such as PPF, ceramic coatings, and detailing being a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills for managing client data
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
