Role Overview

The PIM L1 Engineer will be responsible for supporting and managing Privileged Identity Management operations with hands-on expertise in Arcon PAM. The role also requires working knowledge across two or more security domains such as MDM, CLMS, IRM, Anti-Phishing, Anti-Malware, and DAM. The candidate will ensure secure access, compliance, monitoring, and troubleshooting related to privileged accounts and security tools.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrivileged Identity Management (Primary Responsibility)

  • Manage user access to privileged accounts and resources using Arcon PAM.
  • Monitor, review, and record privileged sessions to ensure accountability and compliance.
  • Manage and securely store privileged credentials.
  • Implement best practices to enhance PIM operations and security controls.

Other Security Tools (Hands-on in minimum 2 areas)

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM): VMware Workspace ONE – Policy implementation, deployment, troubleshooting.
  • Centralized Log Management Solution (CLMS): Microfocus or IBM.
  • Information Rights Management (IRM): Seclore.
  • Anti-Phishing & Anti-Malware: Group IB.
  • Database Activity Monitoring (DAM): Imperva – including minimizing false positives.

Mobile Device Management (If applicable)

  • Implement and manage mobile device policies.
  • Configure and deploy mobile devices across the organization.
  • Ensure MDM-related security, compliance, and issue resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile OS platforms (Android/iOS).

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Arcon PAM (preferred/mandatory for PIM role).
  • Experience working in at least two security domains (MDM / CLMS / IRM / Anti-Malware / DAM).
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements.
  • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle privileged session monitoring and incident validation.
  • Knowledge of reducing false positives in DAM solutions.

  • Ability to work in a structured and process-driven environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
