RCV Technologies hiring for Virtual Assistant role

Location - Noida Sec - 63

Mode - Work From Office

Shifts - Night Shifts (7 PM to 4 AM)

Cab Facility - One side cab (Drop)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who is fluent in English and excels at multitasking. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks ranging from administrative work to customer service and calendar coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and appointment setting.
  • Conduct internet research, data entry, and spreadsheet management.
  • Handle client communication, follow-ups, and support tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and prepare reports or summaries.
  • Creates social media posting, content management and marketing tasks.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or undergraduate Fresher or 1 year experience as Virtual Assistant can Apply.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar), Zoom, and task management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
