Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in Retail / Hospitality / Customer Service / Operations
Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the laundry and boutique branch. This includes business development, team management, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and ensuring smooth operational excellence at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete branch operations and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to ensure performance standards
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Implement business development strategies to increase footfall and revenue
- Maintain operational standards, store hygiene, and inventory control
- Ensure timely pick-up, processing, and delivery of laundry orders
- Manage daily reporting, billing, and communication with the management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational SOPs
