Car Technician

• Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems.
• Test drive vehicles to confirm reported issues.
• Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake servicing, and filter replacement.
• Repair or replace damaged or worn-out parts (engine, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Conduct wheel alignment, tire rotation, and balancing.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including lighting, ignition, and battery issues.
• Work on advanced systems like sensors, ECUs, and onboard computers.
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Test repaired vehicles to verify performance before delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workshop.
• Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues and repairs.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and explain technical details in simple terms.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and reliable service.
• Maintain service records, job cards, and parts used.
• Update vehicle service history in the system.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors.
• Stay updated with new automotive technologies and diagnostic tools.
