RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing TO Do List [of advocates]. 
• Updating and maintaining contact list(and supplementing it with new/potential after advocates attenda webinar/event/BD meetings).

• Register for webinars and other events. 
• co-ordinating on printing and binding on need basis. 
• Managing internal and external emails/replying/follow-up/scheduling calls accordingly. 
• Support to CAG: o Co-ordinate with the corporate advisory advocate team on administrative and other support functions; o Preparing lists/tables and similar MS word/excel related support; o Scheduling internal and external calls for the corporate advisory team; o Updating matter list for the corporate advisory team on a regular basis; o Formatting documents (agreements/options note/memos/presentations) for the corporate advisory team; o Assisting with PowerPoint presentations and general research; o Providing administrative and other support to the corporate advisory team; o Coordinating BD meetings; o Preparing follow-up actions after CAG calls; o Preparing draft emails (internal/external);
•o Coordinating and scheduling study circles for the CAG team.
• Managing the calendar and sending calendar invites as per call, schedules 
• updating on call. Schedules, timesheet, to-do list every day. 
• Performs general secretarial and clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, filing, etc.) for supporting office operations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the firm. .
• Book conference room
• Dispatch documents
• Monitoring mails
• Keep track of net documents to ensure folders are updated.
• Checking Advocate's expenses and approval to process it to accounts
• Follow up on reporting letters and diary entries
• Answers telephone system for the purpose of screening calls, transferring calls, responding to inquiries, and taking messages. 
• Greets individuals entering the building and/or directs individuals to the appropriate location. 
• Maintains information (e.g. staff directories, contacts received from advocates, etc.) for the purpose of providing reference information 
• Maintains reception area materials for providing resource information to visitors
• Maintain registers such as office boys in/out, courier in/out, procurement of books, procurement of stationery, and housekeeping procurement register.
• Receive various items (e.g. mail, special deliveries, packages, supplies, etc.) for distributing materials to the appropriate person. 
• Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the firm. 
• Maintain and update attendance
• Reach out Inwards to perspective: Receive Courier / Post, Enter into the inward book with the content details, Handover to the concern person
• Book conference room
• Receiving food and other packages for lawyers
• Dispatch documents
• Stationery procurement – stationery, printing, housekeeping, supplies inventory
• Print/Scan and type documents. 
• Advocates will send the notice letter to align and print on letterhead
• After printing gets it signed by them, then scan and send it by post or courier.
• Typing documents. 
EXPERIENCE:  Job-related experience is required – at least 3+ years
EDUCATION: Degree essential
SKILLS: Excellent English and Hindi communication skills Planning and organising Problem solving General office skills Fluency with English, oral and written is a must Be presentable [Proficiency with MS word/excel/power point/outlook]
