· Multilingual (Marathi/Hindi/English); comfortable with Google Suite/WA Business

· Evening/weekend flexibility to match broker/client schedules

Hyperlocal Promoter· Friendly local extrovert; comfortable starting short chats (Hinglish/Marathi)

· Trustworthy, tidy appearance; represents brand well in societies/markets

· Active on WhatsApp; knows how to post once and move chats to DM (no spam)

· Phone-savvy: uses QR links, shares location pins, logs basics in Google Sheets
