Sales Executive - Sales & Marketing
Experience – 3 to 5 years
CTC – 4.2LPA
Location: Surat /Rajasthan / Goa Nearby Hotels & Institutions within 50 km (travel as per business requirements)
Working day – 6 days
Role Objective: To lead and manage made-up sales across a designated region by building and maintaining strong supplier relationships with existing suppliers in the Hospitality Sector, Hotels & Resorts, Service Apartments & Company Guest Houses, Banquet Halls & Wedding Venues, Hospitals & Clinics, Nursing Homes & Diagnostic Centers, Medical Colleges & Hostels, Event Management Companies, Mandap Decorators & Wedding Planners, Caterers, Corporate & Institutional Sector, Educational Institutions, Govemment Organizations & PSUs, Railways, Airline, Cruise Liners, Housekeeping Contractors, Industrial Canteens, Community Halls & Trust-Run Facilities, Institutional Fabric Distributors, Wholesalers in Textile Market, Online & Offline Retail Chains, and other fabric-intensive service providers.
Responsibilities (KRA):
Sales Development & Target Achievement Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/anmual sales targets. Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned sectors.
Client Relationship Management Develop strong relationships with key accounts such as hotels, hospitals, caterers, and event companies.
Manage client portfolios, including handling inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Business Expansion & Market Penetration Explore new market segments like Cruise Liners, Mandap services, and Service Apartments.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead ofcompetitors. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and lead generation.
Product Knowledge & Demonstration Ensure in-depth understanding of product specifications, textile grades, GSM, fabric finishes (antimicrobial, fire retardant, water repellent, etc.) Arrange product presentations and trials for potential clients. Detailed Training and Induction will be provided at Surat, Gujarat on successful joining for 7 Days.
Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with the production, logistics, and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery. Maintain detailed MMIS, reports on visits, leads, conversions, and pipeline forecasting. Submit monthly performance reports and competitor analysis.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Textile Commerce preferred) MBA/PGDMM in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience: 3-5 years ofrelevant experience in institutional sales oftextiles/fabrics
- Past association with companies like Trident, Welspun, Bombay Dyeing, or Reliance etc. will be highly preferred
Skills Required:
Strong B2B Sales and Negotiation Skills Good communication in English, Hindi, and Local Language Knowledge offabric technical specifications Proficiency in MS Office, Excel & CRM tools Ability to travel frequently within assigned region
Remuneration: CTC Rs 25,000/-35,000/-month+ Incentives based on performance +Travel Allowance + Mobile Expenses.
