Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Performance Test Engineer
with strong hands-on expertise in LoadRunner and enterprise-level performance testing practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure optimal application performance and scalability across mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze non-functional requirements for performance testing
  • Design, script, and execute performance test scenarios using
    LoadRunner
    (Web/HTTP, SAP GUI, TruClient, Web Services)
  • Manage performance testing cycles using
    Performance Center / LoadRunner Enterprise
  • Conduct performance monitoring and analysis using APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, NewRelic, Splunk
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for tuning and optimization
  • Integrate performance testing within CI/CD pipelines
    (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • Prepare detailed test reports, performance dashboards, and improvement recommendations
  • Perform backend SQL queries for data validation and performance diagnostics
  • Execute cloud-based performance testing strategies on
    AWS / Azure
    platforms
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership when required

Required Skills & Expertise

  • 10+ years
    of solid experience in performance testing
  • Deep expertise in
    LoadRunner
    scripting and execution
  • Experience with
    Performance Center / LoadRunner Enterprise
  • Experience with APM and monitoring tools
    (Dynatrace/AppDynamics/NewRelic/Splunk)
  • Strong SQL knowledge for performance debugging
  • Understanding of cloud environments (
    AWS / Azure
    ) and distributed system performance testing
  • Exposure to
    CI/CD
    tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • Knowledge of
    JMeter
    (optional but added advantage)
