About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Admin Assistant to support daily administrative, facility, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organised, reliable, and able to manage routine office tasks efficiently while ensuring smooth functioning of the workplace and supporting employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and assist the People & Culture team as required.

Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems (physical + digital).

Manage courier handling, dispatch, and inward/outward registers.

2. Expense & Bill Management

Track, compile, and maintain expense records (admin, utilities, petty cash, vendor bills).

Prepare expense summaries and support monthly reconciliation.

Coordinate with Finance for timely submission of bills and reimbursements.

3. Travel & Logistics Coordination

Book travel tickets, stays, cabs, and related logistics for employees.

Maintain a tracker of employee travel and ensure cost-efficient bookings.

4. Attendance & Leave Support

Assist in monitoring attendance and leave records.

Coordinate with HR for attendance corrections or queries.

Follow up with employees for missing attendance punches.

5. Facility & Housekeeping Management

Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.

Monitor pantry operations — tea, coffee, snacks, drinking water, etc.

Ensure timely replenishment of admin and pantry materials.

Conduct regular checks of office infrastructure, utilities, and cleanliness.

6. Office Supplies & Vendor Coordination

Maintain stock of stationery, admin supplies, and pantry items.

Raise purchase requests when stock is low and track deliveries.

Coordinate with vendors for AMC, repair work, service requests, and payments.

7. Meeting Room & Office Coordination

Ensure meeting rooms are clean, prepared, and well-equipped.

Assist in arranging internal meetings, stall events, and visitor management.

Welcome guests and ensure professional front-desk conduct when needed.

8. HR Operations Support

Assist the People & Culture team with various HR operational tasks, including documentation, onboarding support, file maintenance, and employee coordination.

Support the preparation of HR reports, trackers, and administrative HR requirements.

9. Event & Employee Engagement Support

Help plan and execute office events, celebrations, and employee engagement initiatives.

Coordinate logistics, materials, communication, and vendor requirements for events.

Support People & Culture in delivering a positive and engaging workplace environment.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in admin/facility/office support roles.

Graduate in any discipline.(Entry Level)

Strong coordination skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and maintain timelines.

Candidates from Mumbai Western Line preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
