Job Title: ABACUS Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach abacus concepts, mental arithmetic techniques, and speed calculation to primary students.
• Conduct engaging practice sessions using beads, worksheets, flashcards, and speed drills.
• Track each child's progress and provide individual support where required.
• Prepare class plans, activity sheets, and weekly practice assignments.
• Maintain discipline, ensure active participation, and make learning fun.
• Communicate progress updates to parents and coordinate during assessments.
• Organize competitions, revision sessions, and demonstrations for students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation in any stream (preferred).
• Certification in Abacus training from a recognized institute.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• 1–2 years of teaching Abacus to primary students (preferred).
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience with young children is an advantage.

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of abacus techniques and mental math.
• Patience and ability to work with young children.
• Clear communication and explanation skills.
• Ability to conduct engaging, activity-based learning.
• Good classroom management and discipline handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
