Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Measurement and Preparation:
  • Take ownership of site measurements, ensuring accurate and precise data is collected for successful project execution.
  • Coordinate and supervise all site preparation activities to ensure readiness for installation and project progression.
  • Customer-Site Work Ownership:
  • Manage all aspects of the customer-site work, from planning through execution, ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for any site-specific issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaboration with External Contractors and Teams:
  • Work closely with external contractors, including site validation teams, installers, and other third-party vendors, to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
  • Oversee and monitor the progress of work done by contractors, ensuring that all work complies with project specifications and deadlines.
  • Post-Order Customer Experience Ownership:
  • Manage the post-order process, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure any follow-up actions or issues are resolved promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination and Timely Delivery:
  • Manage the project schedule, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively utilized.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential project risks or delays, proactively resolving issues that may arise during the course of the project.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that the project maintains the highest standards of quality throughout all stages, from site prep to installation and final delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with quality control teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and company protocols.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience in the Interiors/Kitchens industry or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering interior or kitchen-related projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working with external contractors, suppliers, and installation teams is essential.
  • Strong background in site management, measurements, and project coordination.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage post-order client concerns and ensure a positive experience.
