JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description
Present and sell company products & Services to current and Potential Clients.
To Identify S,M,L customer
Identify & Handle customer complaints.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Follow up for collection of payment.
Achieving the new Customer target.
Maintain sales material ( Catalogues and samples) and current product
knowledge .
Prepare various Reports:
DSR
Travelling Expense Report
Individual Customer data file
Quotation (manually or computerized)
cash Receipt book
Paperwork related to activate and maintain services: New customer form, visiting
cards, Tin no. etc.
Assist in Implementation of Marketing plans, as needed.
Other duties as needed.
