Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and well-spoken professionals to join our team as Customer Service Executives – Renewals.

The ideal candidate will manage and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, handle renewal processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with our investment management standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound interactions with HNI clients regarding investment renewals and portfolio updates.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about investment plans, renewal options, and client benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of renewal and support processes.
  • Achieve performance and retention targets through consistent client engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of outbound customer service experience (mandatory),
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, mature, and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong understanding of client handling and retention.
  • Age: 24 years and above.
  • Male and Female candidates may apply.
