Role Overview
We are seeking experienced and well-spoken professionals to join our team as Customer Service Executives – Renewals.
The ideal candidate will manage and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, handle renewal processes, and ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with our investment management standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound interactions with HNI clients regarding investment renewals and portfolio updates.
- Provide accurate and timely information about investment plans, renewal options, and client benefits.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of renewal and support processes.
- Achieve performance and retention targets through consistent client engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of outbound customer service experience (mandatory),
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, mature, and customer-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of client handling and retention.
- Age: 24 years and above.
