Role Overview:

We're looking for an enthusiastic Operations Intern who can manage and streamline daily operations, coordinate with printing partners, and communicate with international customers. This is a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai, offering real exposure to global publishing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily print and fulfilment operations with vendors and partners
  • Communicate professionally with customers in the US, UK, and Australia via email and chat
  • Track inventory, orders, and deliveries; maintain detailed reports and records
  • Support the operations team with printing schedules, invoicing, and quality checks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing
  • Identify and assist in improving operational processes

Eligibility:

  • Current college students (final year preferred) or recent graduates (any discipline)
  • Must be available full-time, in-office (Monday to Saturday) in Mumbai
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (international communication required)
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Interest in publishing, e-commerce, or global operations is a plus
