Job Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various digital and print media. This role involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality graphics that align with the brand's identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation:

○ Develop and design a wide range of visual materials, including logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, web designs, and other marketing materials.

○ Create visually engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.

○ Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

  • Collaboration:

○ Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.

○ Collaborate with copywriters, photographers, and other team members to produce cohesive and compelling designs.

○ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

  • Project Management:

○ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.

○ Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

○ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

  • Revisions and Feedback:

○ Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.

○ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

○ Review and proof designs for errors before printing or publishing.

  • Technical Skills:

○ Utilize graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create high-quality designs.

○ Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

○ Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and formats.

  • Brand Development:

○ Assist in developing and maintaining the visual aspects of the brand.

○ Create templates and style guides for consistent use across various media.

○ Innovate and propose new design concepts to enhance the brand's visual presence.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.

● Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

● Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

● Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.

● Strong communication and teamwork skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

● Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹40,111.55 per month
