Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

  2. Manage the Directors calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

  3. Maintain and organize files, correspondence, and confidential documents.
  4. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required.
  5. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication on behalf of the Director.

  6. Coordination & Liaison:

  7. Act as a bridge between the Director and hospital departments.

  8. Coordinate with department heads and external stakeholders for meetings, projects, and follow-ups.
  9. Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.

  10. Office Management:

  11. Draft official letters, memos, circulars, and other communications.

  12. Organize and manage travel plans, itineraries, and logistics for the Director.
  13. Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth coordination during official visits.

  14. Confidentiality & Discretion:

  15. Handle sensitive information related to hospital operations, HR, and management.

  16. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.

  17. Support for Meetings:

  18. Schedule, prepare agendas, and record minutes for management and review meetings.

  19. Ensure follow-up on action items discussed during meetings.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Management / Administration)
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant in a hospital or corporate setup.
  • Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor.
