Role & responsibilities

Position will assist the CBH-FIGB Assets in managing FIG Assets clients and help drive business budgets for FIGB Assets from various NBFCs, HFCs & MFIs based in allocated areas. The person will be responsible for maintaining relationship with existing borrowers mapped to the RM, scouting for potential borrowers as per approved criteria defined in Lending Policy, maintain portfolio hygiene and ensure compliance

Preferred candidate profile

  • Assist CBH in managing the existing portfolio of borrowers including limit enhancement / renewals
  • To build a book size of approx Cr from clients based in allocated region within 1 year through self-sourcing and grow at least 30% on year to year basis.
  • The rate offered to clients shall be competitive and in line with Min ROE expectations
  • Should have good client relationships and cover all clients at least once in a quarter and to ensure good health of portfolio
  • Able to leverage lending relationship with other possible business avenues
  • Responsible for P&L allocated within region by CBH.
