Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day activities in the Operation Theatre (OT).
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff for smooth OT functioning.
- Maintain OT schedules, patient records, and surgical documentation.
- Monitor surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for availability and readiness.
- Guide and support OT staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.
- Handle emergencies and critical situations effectively.
Academic Requirement:
- Diploma in OT Technology
- with minimum 2 years of relevant experience(eye care experience preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
