- Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring win-win outcomes.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Assessment:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and strategies.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the customer support and post-sales teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Training and Development:
- Stay updated on the latest IT trends and product knowledge.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior sales team members.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in corporate sales, particularly in IT products, ERP, websites, or integrated solutions.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
