Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our holiday membership plans or offers, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting in lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services and offers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about memberships, holiday packages, and destinations.
- Maintain and update customer database on a daily basis.
- Follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for interested clients with sales representatives.
- Maintain a professional tone and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Requirements:Minimum qualification:
- 10th or 12th pass / Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati preferred for Gujarat region).
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web).
- Previous telecalling or telesales experience preferred but not mandatory.
