Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager who will take responsibility for acquiring new clients and securing projects for Cynerza's suite of services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, excellent at building relationships, and skilled at closing deals. You'll be the front-line driver of our revenue growth, working closely with our delivery and product teams to ensure we win new business and deliver value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target and approach potential clients in relevant industries (startups, SMBs, enterprises) who can benefit from Cynerza's services (web & mobile apps, AI/integration, automation, low-code platforms)
Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and manage the full sales cycle: lead generation → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing
Collaborate with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing) to create compelling proposals, customise solutions and articulate Cynerza's value-proposition
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients, understanding their pain-points and positioning Cynerza's offerings accordingly
Achieve defined sales targets and performance metrics (number of deals, revenue, client acquisitions)
Provide consistent reports on sales activity, pipeline status, forecasting and deal progress
Gather market intelligence, track competitor offerings, identify new opportunities, and feed insights back to the leadership team
Represent Cynerza at industry events, network, generate referrals and promote our brand in the market
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience (X years – depending on your preference) in sales / business development in the IT services / SaaS / digital-solutions industry
Strong track record of achieving targets, closing deals and generating revenue
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate technical & business value to client stakeholders
Good network and ability to build new relationships; proactive in prospecting and lead generation
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and ownership
Understanding of web & mobile application development, AI, automation or low-code platforms is a plus
Ability to travel (if required) and meet clients in person or virtually
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary: Rs 15,900 to Rs 20,600 (Indian Rupees) per month
Commission: 4% of every successful deal closed via you
