What You'll Do

  • CEO Shadowing & Business Development Support:

Work directly with the CEO on day-to-day priorities in sales, business expansion, and strategy.
- Presentation & Proposal Development:

Create compelling pitch decks, reports, and marketing material for clients and stakeholders.
- Market & Industry Research:

Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights into the solar and renewable energy sector.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Assist in projects spanning marketing, partnerships, and client engagement.
- Ad-hoc Strategic Tasks:

Take ownership of critical, diverse tasks that help drive the company forward.

Who We're Looking For

  • Education:

MBA students or recent graduates.
- Skills:
- Strong communication & presentation-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; ability to create boardroom-quality decks.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to supercharge productivity.
- Analytical and proactive mindset.
- Personality:

Self-starter, adaptable, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in
green energy and sustainability

- Commitment:

Full-time for 6 months, with potential to convert into a permanent role.
