Key Responsibilities

  1. Academic Guidance & Mentorship Provide individual and group mentoring to students in their respective subjects. Assist students in understanding concepts, problem-solving techniques, and exam preparation strategies. Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement.

  2. Curriculum Support & Lesson Planning Follow the prescribed curriculum and assist in lesson planning. Develop customized learning strategies to meet diverse student needs. Ensure that all academic sessions are well-structured and engaging.

  3. Student Engagement & Performance Tracking Motivate students to develop a strong academic foundation and effective study habits. Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions to measure student progress. Maintain accurate records of student performance and share insights with parents and management when required.

  4. Classroom & Time Management Maintain discipline and ensure a conducive learning environment. Utilize effective classroom management strategies to enhance student participation. Adhere to the daily schedule and lesson plan timelines.

  5. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with faculty, parents, and management to support student development. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic progress. Assist in organizing academic events, workshops, and student enrichment programs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
