Role Description

We are seeking a visionary Director of Influencer Marketing for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, negotiating and managing partnerships, and creating impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate will manage teams, analyze campaign performance metrics, and ensure alignment with brand objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to identify and work with the right influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement, driving overall marketing success.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Planning, and Brand Strategy
  • Experience with Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, and Strategic Thinking to optimize campaigns
  • Team Management and Collaboration skills, with leadership experience being a strong asset
  • Strong Communication, Relationship Building, and Negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing Channels, Social Media Platforms, and Content Creation is preferable
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is an advantage
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer campaigns is highly valued
