Job Description:
Shree Beauty is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible individual to handle customer support and order execution. The candidate will manage WhatsApp and call queries, process orders, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints on WhatsApp and phone calls
- Assist customers with product details, order status, and tracking updates
- Process and update customer orders accurately in the system
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
- Maintain daily order and communication reports
Required Skills:
- Good communication in English & Hindi
- Basic computer and Excel knowledge
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Web and online order systems
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce preferred
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field
- Basic MS Office & internet proficiency
