Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Market Development Coordinator. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, supporting sales team activities, and enhancing customer service delivery. Responsibilities include building customer relationships, coordinating training sessions for internal teams and clients, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies. The role requires collaboration across various departments to align business objectives and market development goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for researching market data, identifying trends, and evaluating performance metrics
  • Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Sales and Training experience to support business growth and capacity-building initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Relevant experience or a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the abrasives industry or manufacturing sectors is a plus
