Responsibilities:

  • Execute day-to-day crop cultivation plans (sowing, irrigation, pest control, harvesting).
  • Supervise field labor and maintain farm activity logs.
  • Ensure adherence to organic farming protocols and sustainability standards.
  • Support production planning and coordinate between farm units and logistics.
  • Monitor product quality, compliance, and traceability documentation.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm machinery and irrigation systems.
  • Prepare daily/weekly production and yield reports.
  • Promote safe work practices and eco-friendly waste management.
  • Our Farm is located in Nanjangud, Mysore.

Essential Skills:

  • B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agri-Engineering
  • Knowledge of organic and sustainable farming practices
  • Ability to manage farm data and motivate field labor teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
