Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in New Delhi. The Sales Associate will be tasked with developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting the company's logistics services. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, preparing customized quotations, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves market research to stay competitive and occasional remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and business development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of logistics services including road transport, sea transport, air transport, and customs clearance; an understanding of freight forwarding processes is a plus
  • Analytical skills for market research and identifying potential opportunities
  • Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to resolve client concerns effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales is preferred
