Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, DV360, YouTube, Programmatic, and other platforms.
  • Manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness acquisition retention) with measurable ROI goals.
  • Optimize targeting, creatives, and budgets for maximum campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and present campaign performance with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical / Functional

  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand awareness, and full-funnel strategy.
  • Expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and A/B testing.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer/MMPs, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of attribution models, bidding strategies, and budget pacing.
