Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to increase online presence.

  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and campaigns.
  • Support the design and delivery of email marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in the coordination of social media promotions and events.

  • Proofread and edit content for clarity and accuracy.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and marketing best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Prior internship or volunteer experience in marketing is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
