Role Overview:

As an SEO Executive Intern at Hawk Aerospace, you will work closely with the SEO and digital marketing teams to implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies that improve the search engine visibility of our website and digital assets. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute to meaningful projects, and see the direct impact of your work on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research & Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases that align with Hawk Aerospace's products and services.
• Assist in creating keyword strategies to target the aerospace industry's niche markets and customer segments.
• On-Page SEO Optimization:
• Help optimize landing pages, product/service descriptions, blog posts, and other website content for SEO best practices.
• Work on improving website elements such as meta tags, headers, and URL structure to align with SEO guidelines.
• Content Optimization & Strategy:
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content aligns with SEO requirements.
• Assist in implementing SEO techniques to improve blog and article ranking in search engines.
• Backlink Building & Off-Page SEO:
• Support the execution of link-building campaigns aimed at improving domain authority.
• Research high-quality industry-relevant websites to identify potential backlink opportunities.
• Website Audits & SEO Troubleshooting:
• Conduct audits of Hawk Aerospace's website to identify technical SEO issues (e.g., broken links, page load times, mobile-friendliness).
• Help implement fixes for any issues that may negatively affect search engine rankings.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
• Help prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights into traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior.
• Competitor & Industry Analysis:
• Research competitors within the aerospace sector and analyze their SEO strategies.
• Stay updated on SEO trends and changes in search engine algorithms, particularly for industries like aerospace and technology.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work closely with the web development team, content writers, and social media specialists to ensure SEO strategies are integrated into various digital marketing efforts.
• Provide SEO input for new landing pages, products, and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills & Experience:
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
• Understanding of the aerospace or technology industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, WordPress, or other content management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize SEO performance.
• Personal Traits:
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for learning about SEO and digital marketing in the tech/aerospace space.
