Role Description
An exceptional leader for the role of Technology Practice Lead. Reporting to the CEO of the Company and Group CTO and serving as a key member of the senior management team, primary responsibility is to drive and grow the technology practice at Company. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are key for this role.

As the technology practice lead, advice clients on appropriate technology stacks and best practices in Customer Experience and MarTech platforms. Drive the strategic technology agenda for the organization, provide leadership and build deep capabilities within company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships including clients. Work with the leadership to create the technology road map for the agency.
- Understand the digital transformation/experience needs of clients, recommend the most appropriate solutions.
- Provide leadership to the Engineering, Delivery, Project Management and Pre-sales teams.
- Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence.
- Ensure that projects are delivered, without cost overruns.
- Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the marketing technology landscape.
- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity.
- Plan people and other resource requirements while building and scaling the practice.
- Work with HR in identifying and creating the best people practices to attract and grow talent.
- Work closely with business heads to identify and convert digital transformation/digital experience building opportunities.
Skills / Requirements
- Previous work experience as Head of Technology / CTO.
- In depth knowledge of web systems architecture, design, and development.
- An excellent working knowledge of the main principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of Digital / Technology l projects from initiation through to implementation
- Significant experience in the development of Business Cases and Proofs of Concepts / Prototyping to demonstrate or evaluate the feasibility and potential benefits of applying a particular technology, product or toolset to meet a business need an understanding of common project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Waterfall, Agile, etc., with an appreciation of the associated benefits of each approach
